About bikini armor: I guess the previous evil god also had powers of customization. This armor is a relic from that time - it defends well because it has unnatural powers, and doesn't cover much because that's what that perverted evil god wanted.
Flannan seems spot on. I'll be sure to change the heavenly law so that all bikini armor will be divine grade instantly while full coverage armor will forever be inferior grade.
