@zeroxjac From what I remember he was the same guy. They pretty much threw him out of the Village afterwards if I remember right. ... Granted I'm not the youngest and this manga has been going a few years so I might be rusty.
:EDIT: checked the Tropes. Seems they just beat the shit out of him for the rape attempt ... and it wasn't even his first one (different woman). He left when they went recruiting for Soldiers.

If she can use his powers when she is close , id assume she would use every method possible to stay close to him.

He can't. It was stated he had to observe the conservation of mass.
Meaning he can not create something from nothing, like how things of little rarity can only hold a certain amount of bonuses vs things of high rarity.
So modding a human, he can not make it more then it is.

This is also why he can not build a fort from nothing and needs raw materials to make it.
However i am curious if he can merg stuff... like for example... take 2 swords of same quality and combine them to make it a sword of double quality or double the mass and durability, hence observing the conservation of mass.
Then he could take a bunch of things like iron... combine them to make it into steel, and then combine that again, and possibly make tungsten or depleted uranium by fusion of atoms.
