World Gaze Clips

This author is no good at writing comedy, but her more serious works are quite nice.

BTW, thank you so much Extra Ordinary Scans for working on this. Fell in love with this manga a few years ago but had already resigned myself to it never being fully translated. Thank you.

@Heiz Man I wonder about that on a daily basis. I'm really glad you're gonna finish out the series! I can appreciate more Igarashi even when it's ehhhh.

@KajurN You're welcome! I was in the exact situation as you, but then I learned enough Japanese to translate it. And here we are today lol

I really am in love with the way this artist draws girls. they're all so beautiful.

Boredom, soul searching, escapism. The search for their own identity and for meaning during the teenage years. Those are some of the recurring themes in this work. Also scary in how certain details and events that happen in this are surprisingly realistic. Wonder just how much of this is based off the Mangaka's own experiences...

It can get pretty deep at times, but then you'll find all of their struggles are actually meaningless and even naive when you look at the bigger picture. Teenagers looking for meaning where there's none and struggling with the lack of it. The need for being accepted by their peers, family struggles, there's a bit of everything here.
