This was an excellent chapter. Much better than I thought it would be. I respect the fact it went with the other school first and set the Suzuran as a goal, rather than a default setting. I doubt that Suzuran graduate/yakuza who got stabbed will be mentioned again, but it would add another layer if it was someone we know from Crows/Worst.

Anyways, awesome stuff.

And yeah, Out vol. 19 is garbage shit-show.

What I really like about this chapter is how it shows the discrimination and prejudices that Zetton has to deal with from being a former Suzuran student. No matter how hard he works or how long it's been since he graduated, people won't respect him simply because he went to that school.
