The poor translation quality makes me not want to read this.

Why do so many translators refuse to get a decent proofreader to correct their shitty grammer?

The translation doesn't have to be perfect by any means, but: "How dare them to come here!? That's too much to bully!!"? Really? That's all the effort you're going to put in? That barely even makes sense...

First ark was good, but second was a bit of letdown.

I agree, feeling the same way. First arc was promising, second one overly stereotypical and needlessly wordy; do we really need all that inconsequential backstory-- I for one don't really care about some second rate villains' backstories or their run-of-the-mill motivations.... It would have been four pages long without it, so I get why it's there, but that doesn't make it better. Hopefully it gets back on track (yeah, not likely -- I know....)
