Wang Lin killed one of the Teng master's extended relations and that made him extremely, extraordinarily angry. He went way WAY out of his way just to find where the Wang family residence was located, indiscriminately murdered everyone —just as Wang Lin is doing now, but there was no possible way the Wang family could have fought back— used Wang Lin's parent's as bait before killing them, then he collected all of their souls and later used them to attack and kill Wang Lin.
