YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Everyone keeps saying this is the end, but a volume 8 is scheduled for November this year...

the mangaka has clearly never been in love before... love is something you choose? love dont work like that, we dont choose the people we fall in love with, we cant help it, this is not realistic at all... it seems to me that yuu just chose touko because touko loves her but isnt really in love with her, while the poor touko is crazy about her... i dont ship touko andd sayaka but after this chapter i think touko should have been with her,, who actually loves her,., or with someone else who can love her so much as much as touko loves her instead of yuu's half assed love which doesnt feel genuine at all... on top of that she is always so indecisive, she is gonna hurt touko in the long run if someone else confesses to yuu , i am sure yuu would end up confused and would leave touko.. even for some man

Not all people's love develops the same way @drkbow. You (if you actually ever had love) may have had the sweeping love that 'can't be helped'. But most people's love and even dating starts out slowly and it becomes a choice to stay with each other. This is actually very realistic in how a long-term relationship develops, in that it starts slowly and becomes more and more invested.

Yuu's love is in fact stronger in a sense, since it's not the 'struck by love' type. She developed those feelings for Touko; letting them grow stronger. Instead of a firework, her love is more like a tree that grows from a seed. It has strong roots, even if it starts out small. If you want to be in a marriage, it's these types of relationships that last. Yuu's love is not weak, it just isn't as explosive as we see normally in Romance Anime, and that's why this series is very well received. The relationship is realistic in that they depended on each other to become better versions of themselves, and to understand themselves better.

So I strongly disagree with what you say @drkbow. I think a choice is a much stronger symbol of love, because they chose the EACH other, and it wasn't just an adoration or obsession.

Yes, I also agree with @Rympha. Yuu's way of love reminds me of myself. I never once in my life had that explosive kind of love when I just looked at someone and was lovestruck. It always started slowly from acquaintances to friendship which can turn into something more or not. It's why I relate to Yuu so much and is one of my favourites.

A'right gentlemen, wimen, and whatevers, it's finally done. The relationship has been saved! It glory be! Dammit, I might actually still be same if I hadn't spent so much time reading this instead of sleeping; great freaking mega though.

Wait, has the curtain always been there, or did Yuu really get a new curtain after the Maki incident? I am too lazy to go back and check.

Oh and nice of them to finally find each other too.
