I can appreciate a story where the Mangaka uses weak characters as a portrayal of bad character: a form of encouragement of what not-to-be. But this Managa & animé feels like Simp-Training. There are a number of them out there and they drive me bonkers.

I tried watching this Animé in hopes I'd get a single chuckle. Nothing. Just cringe and lots of facepalms. Whelp, I agree the Comedy is subjective, but I've dropped other stories where females attempt to strike or actually do strike the male protagonist. Just reverse the roles. If the character doing the striking were a male teacher of the same number of years, and the student was a loner female, there would be rioting in the streets of the publication. Reverse the roles and it's ha-ha-ha?
