I look at it as they all see a problem and he seems to be the only one to take action having to clean up the mess. Every time I see Yuki supposedly "helping" it turns out that she takes over going against the service club agenda or doing nothing by inaction.

I get that Yukino is irritated because she hates superficial relationships and such but it was just a ploy by Hachiman and Hina not only went right along with it but from her expression id say she knew what Hachiman was really up to. So im not sure why everyone was so upset.

I agree with icantnotthink on that.
Everyone loves life to freeze at times, but the inaction breeds resentment once you realize how selfish it can make you, or how unrealistic it is to not allow things to change.
