Well it does make sense he bet everything on him being injured and instantly twisted the knights injured leg and due to the pain he was unable to act quick and went right for the neck after. Props to it being rather well done and not just punch harder.

Happy you guys went for full chapters, instead of splitting it up. Would be nice if you could redo 4+5 in the future once you catched up to the most recent. As they were rather hard to read.

I wonder if it will stay that grounded for long. It seems to be going for that and the fighting is more technical too.

Why didn't he take a weapon or a piece of armor from any of the dead guys? Even if he's a hand-to-hand fighter only, any bladed weapon is still useful for cutting branches for firewood, skinning animals and survival in general. He could even sell it for money later on.
