They've got this big organization running around doing what they want, which obviously means that they're gonna take any girls they want and do that stuff, because it wouldn't make sense for them to be all pg about it, since y'know, they're criminals. Rape isn't something that belongs in every manga, but in this case, I'm pretty sure it's fitting in the story just fine.
