Why is this title categorized as "josei"?

The individual chapters are published on Shinchōsha's "kurage punch" website and the individual volumes are released under the label "bunch comics", same as "Gokushufudou: The Way of the House Husband", which is categorized as "seinen" on mangadex.

I sense some arbitrary labeling here..... ("Oh, the main character is an office lady, and the artstyle somewhat reminds me of the josei genre .... so it must be josei... right?").
