Yamada to Sensei - Vol. 1 Ch. 5 - The Beast and the Ocean (Part 2)

This guy needs help. I almost feel bad for him at this point. He needs some serious help.

@Fuyumu couldn't agree more man. Both have serious issues.

I'm glad for this update.
Yamada's relationship with sensei is not meant to be realistic, then again every person who screams realism makes the dangerous assumption that they've talked to every cannibal, scat-lover and all manners of weirdly wired people around the globe. Yamada was never shown to be the standard high school girl, and sensei isn't exactly a standard teacher either.
What matters is that they have a unique dynamic. Especially one that doesn't result in a romantic relationship. And it's not like the manga is being secretive with the character's intentions.
To her, he's just a wounded beast. That made him love her, but it's made clear that that was his fault and misunderstanding.
I'm excited to see where this will go.
@trapsarebetter that was the setup for him to misunderstand. In hindsight, she was worried he was misunderstanding her intentions. Notice she didn't press the matter further when he stated he "only saw her as a student".
@justforthelulz everytime the lesbian couple is mentioned it seems to be for comedy's sake. "Those loud bitches". But tags wise I'd say there's more setup for tragedy here than anything else.

Every chapter I keep expecting to see Takahashi staring down either a barrel or a noose. I'm amazed the indirect self harm of banging things around is the farthest he's gone.

The guy is pretty fucked up, which we all know by now. He has to think deep about his life but that shit destroys him because all he ever thinks about are negative thoughts and shit, so he doesn't think about anything. But when he does things spontaneously, shit happens and he fucks up again. Bro needs a fucking therapy woah

It saddens me that he didn't get her but that doesn't matter.
Man is a teacher and man fucking hates everything, his life is fucked and that leads to him fucking up. He is very emotionally weak.
The student didn't exactly like him, but wanted to see him smile, see him happy for once. Its hard to accept it, even in real life if something like this happens, but in the end it is likely all you can do.
Man deserves someone though, but he needs to pacify himself first. He is extremely tightly wound.

was he late in the school? and if he was, what was the nurse chillin' there for? lol, she didn't even think why that retard started smashing kids' stuff
