I've noticed there are

different kinds of split personality disorder. One where both personalities believe themselves to be the same person just with a different personality and then other times where the personalities believe they are different people in the same body. I'm gonna feel bad for kind Yamase if this turns into one of those stories where she falls for the bad boy personality over his kind personality. Either the Kind Yamase learns to be more confident and bad boy goes away or the 2 personalities merge.

@givemersspls Funny, that's how I feel about shounen. As to the asshole thing, it isn't actually that common these days. There was a period where it was huge, but they kind of finished bludgeoning it to death a while ago so now it's not nearly as common as far as I can tell (especially the arrogant playboys, they were big for a while and have just disappeared of late years), although you still get a fair chunk of tsundere-ish types. Of course, people are still scanlating older shoujo from that period.
