Didn't even optimize anything, literally just did 5 seconds of "work" using MS friggin' Paint. I could probably cut each of these images into half a meg at the same filesize if I actually bothered.

@GoblinGuy The image will lose a lot of information if you do that.
Checking a few pages it just looks like Hatigarm forgot to resize images and level black on some pages because, AFAIK, 4-15megs(depending on how noisy the image is) is quite NORMAL for 4000~px images. Oh, I see at least one page is 8000px, 4k manga reading experience? I'd like to believe Hatigarm is futureproofing their work.

We can always use Irfanview to batch convert/resize because when an image's quality has been brought down, there's no going back.
