She cut it once because it was messy, but she never said she’d be the one to cut it from them on like she did in this chapter, and he never told her about how he usually got his hair cut and his experience in the salon in that chapter. Your complaint doesn’t make any sense. Are characters in manga not allowed to get a hair cut more than once? What they talked about were completely different in both chapters, so I think you’re complaining just for the sake of complaining.
