I don't mind Inuyama, in the beginning, he grated me a little and he still has his quirks that i find annoying but he is a good guy that has surprisingly sharp senses and he is turning better.

This side arc was really good, i like it when the world around the main characters receives development this makes all the more satisfying to see their own development.

She's still "Onee-san cool" to everyone else, but she only shows her cute and vulnerable sides to Inuyama / the reader. It's gap moe plus the fantasy where only that special someone gets to see that part of her. I don't mind the direction the author went, but I too liked the cool Toyoda from the beginning and wonder what could have been.

I love these two. Inuyama gets more flak than he deserves, as, despite his foibles of being a cringy, awkward teenager who wears his sexuality on his sleeve, I think he ultimately makes up for it for being the backbone of perseverance and helping to instill a sense of value and confidence in others. He's got his flaws, as everyone does, but he's not an asshole and he tries to do the right thing.
