This is the Shonen Magazine link to said series (you can find it in the official section here)... which belongs to publishing company Kodansha.
Seems like you misunderstood "web-published"? It literally means what it says, nothing more and nothing less... The one doing the publishing can be a publisher company on said company's site (digital serialization), or self-published by author on places like Twitter/pixiv.
