@Richman After 77 chapters I can't believe we're still discussing this. You DO realize the whole premise is that she is/acts like a slut, right?
You do know that in Japan high school prostitution is a thing, right? You DO realize that with all the teasing and "you're such a virgin, lol" it's way, way, WAY more likely that she's having fun with him, rather than actually LIKING him, right?
Especially since he sees himself as a 0, what with his low self-steem.

Until she actually says "I like you", direct and honest, he's not gonna believe it (probably still won't then). And it's not cause he's "dense", it's cause how she acts.

I wouldn't even count on it then, either; with how ambiguous the Japanese language can be, they could be talking, she'd drop "suki" into the sentence and it'd be incredibly easy (especially for someone with Seto's self-esteem issues) to misconstrue it as her talking about something completely different.
