The note on page 9 might not be a pun but rather a comment/explanation of what she said. I read it as 音鳴らす → [...]死する, i.e. "Make a sound → [...] die [...]", but I cannot find a fitting kanji for the one before 死.

Oh, and since we're on the topic, the kanji inside the seal in the background of the credits page read 直腸膣瘻, "rectovaginal fistula".

To anyone starting this series i recommend you read it along side the not online one, there are some characters that are introduced here first and then others that are introduced there first and then they mix whats going on in both, so you have to read it in pair, dont read one first or you will get lost, well i would go reading the online one first and then the other one but dont go and put a difference in chapters of more than 5 chapters
