The story's nearing the end of LN Vol 2. The original webnovel's main story ended shortly afterwards. However, the author wrote 2 more original-content LN volumes. Wonder if the manga will cover those as well.

man but i'm kinda annoyed that they didn't include that line from lily from the novel, when she went "i told you that if you hurt lycoris i'd never forgive you" or sth like that SHE WENT YANDERE-ish IT WAS VERY GOOD booooo~ anyway it was still lovely aaaaah i'm happy that ended at least. i also hope the manga covers the extra LNs, i don't think i've read those yet

Miss, I think you're just saying one possibility without telling other possibilities. It can be
1. The game was based on an existing world, not the other way around
(the game's author had foresight or imaginations are really different existing worlds like the Land of Stories)

2. The creator just threw you to that world for entertainment without minding much
