Unfortunately yandere girls are almost always relegated to being a side character. Pretty much the only stories I've found where the main girl is yandere are one-shots.
Koharu no Hibi is the only full length one that comes to mind right now, and I never finished that one because the art style was hard to get past for me.

(I am de-binding 2 yandere anthologies rn, but once again those are one-shots.)

I think that's the only one I've read where the yandere isn't a joke character, like the other user said, most are relegated to side characters. I recommend that one, it is somwhat good, I liked it.

I was also gonna recommend Koharu no Hibi. I wish there were more mangos with yandere leads, but I'll take what I can get with side characters and oneshots.

In this manga specifically, the story goes through parts that do give the reader doubts as to whether or not

MC will end up with Koharu.

There are manga that are presented the same way (as in, name+cover girl) that are way more obvious about MC ending up with the main girl. But this manga makes it seem like

Koharu is 'main girl' in the sense that she's the one that the story is focused on, even if MC were to end up with a different girl in the end.

Keep it unspoilered if you want tho, not like I'm gonna report it or anything ofc. But general rule of thumb is to not directly give away endings/future events, no matter how obvious they may seem.

harem mangas with a clear main girl that you know it's going to win in the end and everyone else are just stops, of course, there are some where I'm actually invested in the love triangles, but most of 'em make me think "yeah yeah, get back to main ship now, pls"
