Yandere vs. Yandere

You can't really say that the premise is stolen from anyone since I'm pretty sure everyone have already thought of yandere x yandere before, there just haven't been a mainstream story with this concept prior.

Sure Stalker x Stalker was first, but this have that "yandere expression" in every single page/panel

It just two page and quite soon to say this. But Quite boring and lame.

This is a blatant (and inferior) rip-off of Stalker x Stalker (I think that was what it was called?)

Downvoted, left a bad comment, unsubscribed.

I mean, I can see it getting samey after 3 chapters, which is 6 pages.

GDI, nope, this is still bothering me. Seeing people call it a rip-off (however true it appears to be) of SxS pisses me off. It is almost kind of funny how much it gets under my skin. (none of this to defend this "series" because, frankly, I'm not. And I don't want to defend it)

@DANDAN_THE_DANDAN

Literally this. This was one of my problems with SxS, and this situation just had to happen.

Argh.

@Azure2290

Implying that SxS was "original" in the first place? All it did take the idea and go through with it in the most obvious, straightforward, near-mindless way possible. As if it was just to claim "ownership" of the idea, and nothing more. Honestly, if I had to say it, if there were anyone who felt like they were on a "high horse", I'd say it was the creator of SxS

Saying all this makes me feel kind of douchey, but these two series (this and SxS) have kind of gotten under my skin, so this is just venting *sigh*

@1pwny Saying that someone is the original is stupid because you can't own ideas. You can compare two things if they are similar, that's totally normal - but calling this a rip-off of S x S is dumb.

This was only ever intended to be 2 chapters with no more, which surprisingly the mangaka clarified to me when I wondered if it would ever continue. https://twitter.com/AlexanderDaMota/status/1304324881249693696?s=20
