Does the school not have a disciplinary system for students? Not just here but in almost any manga, you'll see characters being bullied and told to kill themselves yet they never go to the staff.

But let's be honest, this bitch isn't just pushing her luck against Hanako, but basically a good chunk of the school since most have grown to like Saotome (even those who aren't part of the harem)
