This "100 Slayer" backstory stretches my suspension of disbelief, even for a manga.
One middle-schooler beats up all of the delinquents. And furthermore, a middle-schooler girl, who would obviously be much less strong than the average high school male.
This manga never took itself very seriously, but this is something else.

Ini manga bershabat lawan,kan ndak akur itu,dan protanya ga terlalu hiraukan yg lain kecuali blonde... kalo rito disana hukumnya harem mutlak dan rajanya insiden grepe, kalo issei ingin jadi raja harem, dan... ga tau... apalagi.. udah lama ga nonton anime kecuali baca manga.. hanya manga yang kayak gini rese aja banyak cewe tapi ga berahir ama semua(harem)..

@darkmatter923 u must not read a lot of delinquent/fighting manga cause beating a 100 dudes is kinda of a low number. The kengan protag beat 75 dudes in an afternoon. He'll, there's a dude in Lookism running around with a body count in the thousands. Japan manga be ridiculous, bro.
