Anyway, @EminentLine I'm pretty sure the 'one liner, dropped' format is a meme (seen it in mangadex quite a few times by now and most of them still post in later chapters), don't take it too seriously.

@knight_evangel indeed, that's the problem — man fears the aëroplane, not the taxi drive to the airport, though he is more likely to die by the latter than the former.
Or of course the hilarious situation of how much people fear being assaulted and murdered by strangers, whereas the reality is that one is statistically the likeliest to be murdered or assaulted by someone very close.

Bitch, when I cross a street with a green light I STILL look both ways. Even in a one-way road. Why? Cause I know there are animals at the wheel. If I get run over it's the car's fault, but I'm the one that gets sent to the hospital. So I make an effort that I shouldn't have to make. Yet I make it anyway.
Blind. GIRL. Running alone. AT NIGHT. Yeah, I totally CAN'T see how that could ever go wrong.
I mean, after that she does say she's as careful as she can possibly be. I do feel bad about her.
