I think these last 2 chapters show that Hachi and Renjo are two different people. Hachi is obviously jealous of Renjo in this chapter and she got an attitude with him about Renjo in the last chapter and left without completing her booty call. In this chapter, she only let MC smash after she found put that he didn't ask Renjo out.

Renjo may like MC, but her approach is less aggressive although she made the first move with hopes that MC would ask her out and obviouslygot annoyedwhenhe didn't. Idon'tthinkthather annoyancewith him proves thatshe'spretendingto be Hachi.

I still think that Hachi and Renjo might be related tho, I'm betting on them being cousins. But if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. Their personalities are way too different and why would she pretend to be jealous of herself and why keep up the act for so long outside of school. But different personalities are still on the table, I guess.
