Wait, wait, wait .... I thought there was a life in a very primitive setting which seemed to take place in the distant past. It seemed like they had very primitive weapons, no palaces, and very little understanding of monsters. I called that version of Feng "Cave Feng" ... it was my favorite version of Feng (other than the current one). Maybe it came after this one ... no it definitely(?) came after this one since he first became the Yang eye here. Now I have to go back and read those chapters for better context.

@ikki_kun I read it as this was his first time as Yang eye. Though he had times before this where he wasn't. I'd really love to have a solid timeline of sorts... Though as you said fox doesn't know him... so maybe this was before... who knows.. gaah I want to know more!
