Also, team labels on page 17 seem to be "shifted". Probably translator screwed up with the order in a script and started with a big panel first - "Team Motoyasu, Team Ren, Team Itsuki, Team Naofumi", and typesetter just put them starting with the top left panel (not knowing about the mistake).

its a world created by the spear for Motoyasu o it's technically different from the naofumi of the main series
the original naofumi is in his real world while this event is happening and the other naofumis in other multiverse are already dead iirc.
so you can count this world as a dream world of Motoyasu.
