@mitsuki48 Pretty sure he was referring to the fact she was deathly ill and only recovered due to Naofumi's medical intervention in the original timeline. For her to be alive in this story requires someone else to have bought a dying demihuman slave and have nursed her back to health, which doesn't seem like a common occurance in Melromarc.
