Same way they announce shitty mangas to be "popular", and "award winning" , or the same way a shoujo manga artists work is published as shounen just because more people will read it.
Lot of swamp in the manga industry as of late cause of the urgency of income/popularity. Used to be a clean and simple like 10 years ago....

NTR bait is when the author makes it look like there's NTR happening (or deliberately makes readers think NTR is about to happen) only to show later that there is no NTR. The sad thing is that I have read a few works from this author. Didn't realize it was him as this was pretty tame compared to his other works. Guess he felt the need to add some elements from his other things. You would think deadtube alone is enough rape but over half of his works use it quite often.
