I don't even remember the last time the shelf location of some product I was looking for was empty, yet a store employee, when inquired, was able to find the item from elsewhere in the store, like in this chapter. It's always "Nada. We don't have it if there's none left on the shelf". The most ridiculous case was that the store actually supposedly did have one in their warehouse, within the same building, but they didn't want to go look for it. Still, I stubbornly keep asking, despite knowing the answer beforehand.
