@Karakuri1812 Common sense? To start off, a toddler that can talk while being capable of complex operant thought is already outside the realm of common sense. Next, as far as I remember, there's no reason to withhold info about procreation from children (and I mean theory, not shoving porn right into their face) since that's just a part of life all around us and they will learn about it bit by bit anyway. Like children will play house and touch on the topic of pregnancy without even knowing how exactly it works. There are even actual books for children on the topic "How did I come to be". So yeah, it may be different around even our world, not mentioning some fantasy place with vampires and elves.
