I personally am an avid supporter of the child protection act, but it seems like the rehabilitation program these criminals went through was not effective and the entire board must have collectively had a fit when determining whether they should be released after their time in juvie. Additionally, children would be tried as adults for serious crimes--the rape and murder of a minor is definitely one of them. The fact the crime was premeditated is also another mark against them.

Very much enjoying the plot and art though for sure!!
