To this day, I never truly understood what's the point of having the investigator in this series if ultimately he's gonna end up "failing" the task and getting dismissed out the case while MC fucks the 3 guys and gets with his life as if nothing ever happened.

I think there is another typesetting mistake on the bottom of page 4. Either that or the author is reeeeally bad at drawing speech bubbles.

Hard to see how our protagonist can kill Baba (or a look-alike) in this situation. But he also doesn't *have* to kill him right now.
