I can’t tell if that went better or worse than expected. On one hand it seems like either her parents tried to kill her, or she accidentally killed them; but on the other she wasn’t attacked by the villagers and the elder even took her in.

Parents: "Let's bar the room so that even if she command us to help we can't"
Yotsu: "Mom! Dad! 'HELP'"

Two people struggling to help a girl they know they can't even as the fire burn them to death....

Then when the wall collapsed she probably shouted something like 'Disappear' and poof.

There's still some mystery to the fire and such but I like where this manga is going. It's fun.

Mind controlling people, huh? Suddenly I really, really dislike her, and no amount of being cute can fix that.

I wonder how long the author is going to leave that hanging.

part of my mind says she said "help" and "stay away" which kept the fire away but also caused mental confusion in her parents, causing them to want to help but ordered to stay away right outside her door

or something along those lines, it just feels like that's what she did
