Yotsukoto - Vol. 2 Ch. 21

@panda34 Yotsuki got split in two, the Yotsuki weve seen is the older yotsuki who has all her memories of after meeting Teacher and Kotowari, the younger yotsuki has all her memories of before meeting them (parents fire persecution) and has been in that seperate space with teacher

Ohhh, I like this time travel thing more than the usual time line explanation stuff.

Not what I was expecting, but surprisingly not surprised, given that this is a manga. If they don't show the "antagonist", there's a 150% change that it's a character you know. And there's always a 43% chance of time travel paradoxes, alien invasions, or "it all being a dream" randomly appearing.

Still feels a bit ... meh though. Hopefully it'll at least do some more with the end, and not just a "oh yeah, they reconcile and become one and live on happily after talking for a few panels".

Wow had to read that 3 times to really wrap my brain around it. And chapter 13 makes more sense now.

So this whole thing happened because Yotsuki spazzed out over not wanting to go on a vacation?

Yotsuki never showed any signs that she was neurotic. Strange yeah but not neurotic.

I have a bad feeling about this... by which I mean, the author seems to have an abrupt, urgent need to wrap things up.

I think this way could make sense too. From what happens before, she seems stuck in odd place.

So, it explained that.

..But, I'm bothering by the fact the Kotowari's former desciple doesn't really need to be in series at all. I guess it's just extending this manga world quite a bit.

Maybe she already served purpose that I didn't know. She serve as ! bridge for Kotowari and Yotsuki, probably?

Anyway, I would have to wait until it'a done before judging anything.
