Spoiler at WN, Yes the Empire is lose but unlike our nazi germany, their lose are minimal and without surrendering part of their land. Anyway, Tanya as war criminal and fugitive were sheilded by not-america and were enlisted as combat air force in not-cold wat, she change her looks with white hair.

@SuppeBargeld Maybe I'm wrong, but arcording to chapter 9, empire lose the war ( because of a sentence in that chapter "portray the empire as the evil loser"), and because the name Tanya doesn't show up on any record, only her nicknames ( I mean, if the empire win the war, no reason the name of war hero doesn't got public, right ?)

What non-combatent are they talking about? If they have rised arms to fight the arm, even if they are "militia", they are combatents and enemys... there is no reason to protect them.

After Mary won battle against Tanya (though technically it's a draw, but not-alliance won the war from not-german) When the war is over, Mary was disposed because she's too powerful (and a lot other reason which I can't remember) for mankind and deemed as a threat to them. Poor her, when she wakes up and think that war is over but only to be greeted by betrayal which lead her to death.

from now and then, I haven't follow up with the WN anymore and patiently wait for manga or anime since the almost no one takes the WN/LN translation.

bonus spoiler, Tanya were selected by the not-german as potential to be an Empress of the Empire.
 
I'm surprised
that Marisu can even be killed even in a betrayal. God's blessing is no small thing to overcome, let alone three. Then again, if she's betrayed she's no longer on the battlefield she isn't invincible any more, I guess!

Lol how was she killed by mortals with all those OP blessings, I mean , only thing that could kill her should be Tanya (using god's blessing powers) or something similar (some relic I guess) if I read that part right.

I hope the manga will progress far enough to cover that

God Blessing is not omnipotent, rather than blessed with strong body or physical, they both (Mary & Tanya) was blessed with high power magic, even their magic defense able to withstand V1 rocket (just an example), their body are not (remember ch1 when Tanya got shot down), so, technically their body are just like many other mortal.
and about Mary's death, she was literally not on her guard, she was even stabbed multiple times to make sure she's stay dead. There's an illustration from LN, just google it.
