For individual oneshots, I quite like Nude Model, the original Koe no Katachi oneshot and Walking the Void, but my favorite is Children Can't Choose their Parents.

i think it made me laugh cause I wasn't expecting it. Thought it had a good setup and played out well. Might even fit in to the plot twist thread you started, at least I think it was you that started it.
