Yes Roselia Scanlations did a great job on them. I have finished uploading all the Scanlations Manga, unfortunately I only found 2 of the 7 volumes. Roselia Scanlations posted chapter 29 on April 4 2016, so if anyone wants to pickup and finish this I would appreciate it.

@TheBanditKing sadly it looks like this will never be completed, too old, too late(if when the animes aired this didn't get any traction, even less now) and official english volumes got dropped at 2 so not even a scan to look forward too.

@Eliminateur actually the two volumes we got were the last 2 of the series not the first.
The story i heard was that Fujishima felt embarrased about his early work that he refused to allow dark horse to release the earlier volumes [the same thing happed to oh my goddess, where some of the early chapters were not published till later one].

Does anyone know how much of the manga actually got adapted into the anime? I'm really interested in this but I don't really wanna start the manga unless it's all up here, though that seems like it won't happen anytime soon.
