What's with the missing chapter 46?

I've noticed that the chapters before and after the missing ch. 46 were done by different people, so I think that somebody accidentally skipped translating ch. 46 when the new team took over. Has somebody translated the missing chapter themselves? I would love to read this, but I'm one of those types of people who'd like to have all the chapters before reading or I might not even start.

@gr8g It's complete except for the last 5 chapters where they cut some of it. The anime ending is one of the more satisfying endings in all of anime, so that change was fine.
