Yugami-kun ni wa Tomodachi ga Inai - Vol. 13 Ch. 63 - Yugami Yuuko Doesn't Get It

Yugami is a sweetheart
...
I also want a cute little sister to look at me like I'm trash...

A bit of a misunderstanding over the specifics, but Yugami still showed his love in his own way and Yuuko was happy about that.

yuugamis is actually very care. he just has unusual way to express it.

He looks pretty good as a big brother tbh, his sister is spoiled alright. Everyone around him, including his grandma, should stop talking as if Yugami doesn't know how to love.
Love comes in many forms, people express it differently person to person, be it consciously or unconsciously. I think in Yugami's case he is doing it unconsciously and not even recognize that, thus he couldn't argue when people said he is lacking in love in teaching.. While in fact, he does have it all the time.

"To love is to will the good of the other as other."

Therefore, Yugami loves (obviously not in a romantic sense, but higher and purer) all the time he advises and corrects someone.

@RoboMochi No need to take it so seriously. Yugami's family are all healthy and caring people, and even his sister's petulance is portrayed as relatively mild this chapter. Microconflicts are bound to occur in every family, and sarcastic banter is only one of the daily routines. It is also the parents' responsibility to teach their children the basic etiquettes, so I don't believe the grandmother is trespassing her bounds by telling Yugami off, either.

Really cute chapter.

Kinda expected everything to derail because of Yugami's advice but things turned out ok... expect for Yugami himself and poor Rio, his advice always backfires somehow (even if it's good).

@tblst
Uh, I'm not sure why you reacted to my comment, and telling me not to take it seriously. I merely analyzing Yugami as a character and concluded that it's futile for those people to tell him to show love because it's already there in the first place but Yugami himself unaware of it. It's like giving salt to seawater. It's not like I angry to these people around him or something.

And here I thought Yugami was being an ass when he said his sister was a pain in the ass, turns out he was right

That moment when Yugami made you realize you were a bad older brother or not as good as him, I mean I would have thrown that ice cream at her face at that age.

...I knew this very well... my lil sis also bad at math and I was told to teach her. Unfortunately, I was kinda good in math (at least until before uni), so it's a mess... She didn't understand, and I didn't understand why didn't she understand

Yugami actually sweet to his sister. Hope we get an epilogue of Chihiro and Yugami ending up together

The realest sibling relationship I've seen.

I used to sleepwalk somewhat rarely as a kid. One night, my older sister had a friend sleeping over so she was hanging out in the living room with the pull out couch and I was sleeping in our room. Mom, dad, sister, and her friend were all still up and out there, probably watching TV. I come walking out completely normally as far as they could tell, nothing amiss... and when I make it over there immediately attempt to strangle my sister with my bare hands. Everyone is losing their shit. Asking what the hell I'm doing, yelling at me to stop. Abruptly, I stop and just stroll on back to bed. Next day, I am apprised of what took place and have no idea what anyone's talking about.

Moral of the story, your siblings will drive your subconscious to murder and god help them because it will seem completely reasonable to the parts of your brain you don't usually have much familiarity with.

Also, people who witness attempted murder sleepwalks during a sleepover tend to not sleepover again for some reason.
