@jak screw off, the father was completely in the wrong here, the constant moving over and over destroyed her childhood, before coming to her current school, she didn't have a single real friend, could barely communicate what she wanted and was a complete pushover, Yugami's influence and her current school meant that she finally started behaving normally. And then the father wanted her to move to a completely different country during her final year of high school, and this was despite him knowing that his constant moving has caused tons of trouble for her.

One of the teachers did kind of shoot down his club idea before because he's already the baseball club captain. Or at least used that as an excuse to not have to deal with him trying to start a rakugo club out of nowhere. Perhaps it was just managing two clubs that was the problem if it was an actual problem.
