Yuki and the Authoress - Ch. 9

Always love the era where can't do anything but watching houses. Hopefully Beniko will do something about her situation i hope.

... Damn, didn't expect Yuki to have a troubled backstory, especially one involving an oppressive father like that.

Such a sensual work, this one. The art maybe strange and at times rough, but it does work very well with the period feel and the subtle, delicate tone.

I also admire it for the lack, so far, of a darker edge. The dynamic of a seductress and an ingénue is a fraught one, yet the Authoress does appear to genuinely care for the girl and reciprocates her affection honestly.

A love is when both sides take the other.

-One type of love, at least. There are as many types of love as there star types in the sky.
