Judging from development so far, Ibrahim shows us how unstable and obsessive his character is, no wonder. He will eventually broken I'm afraid, and lost trust in the end, and get the end he deserves or whatever. I'm not following the actual history so I can't help but guess lol. It's another tragic tale about betrayal, survival, and stuff.

But the question is, whether the author choose to stick to the real events or not.

I’ve been seeing clips from Magnificent Century on my FB feed. I know they are both based on history but is it a different take or are they very similar? Would it be like a live-action of this manga?
