Starting to feel like an axe is hanging over the manga, though that makes little sense at said moment since there is about to be 3 open spots in Jump (when Gintama ends in 2 or 3 chapters). Maybe change of focus in an attempt to gain more popularity; since it's weekly rankings in Jump have been near the bottom for awhile and it may be on the chopping block if a newcomer does well.

From what I gathered about the power in this chapter, so three years ago, with how Kogarashi beat Garandou that was supposed to be 100m, then he was 100m+ power? And with Ouga is currently 120m, she managed to 1-shot a 100m+ Kogarashi. But then again, Kogarashi didn't block or prepare to block or anything, so his power is still unknown for now.
And the developing of this chapter, then we will probably get a Fully Prepare Kogarashi vs this Garandou then. And I'm still thinking about my theory that Kogarashi's power already surpassed Power-up Ouga but he was just beaten just because he was un-prepared. Now waiting for the battle between True Garandou vs Kogarashi.
And the mystery about the Living Yuuna-san seem like will still be sometime till we get a reveal.

It was implied that Kogarashi has become weaker due to not training in the last two years.
Of course now he'll have to receive a power up so he can fight Garandou in its true form and defeat it once for all.
I didn't expect this manga doing poorly since it even got an anime...in this context this may very well be the last arc.

Guys.... The power levels don't mean anything, it's a joke. As for whether or not it's ending; it just got an anime this season so the author might be using that as an excuse to push the story forward. I'm not saying it couldn't, but I doubt its being axed.
