This was an uncomfortable reveal and handling of Ashley’s secret. No conflict. No good resolution. But, it was played up for the entire series...

Rina, Irene and Tifa (Chapter 6 if you have forgotten, she returns after one of the time skips in the story), ofuyu, Haruhana, Lilia are the main ones but there are a few more girls that show interest in him like Jenifer (warren's sister) and Jun or laura. Hopefully I haven't forgotten any of them.
