Can someone remind me, why Touka has to possess Shion's body and Shion - Touka's at this point?

I actually find the 0.01% believable over 1%. She is a god after all, and for her to give only 1% would mean that a normal human is capable of having 1% of a gods power. In that case, technically 100 humans could be equal to a gods power. 101 should be able to defeat it. Makes more sense at 0.01%, as that would mean it would take 10,000 humans to equal a god.

@HYBRID_BEING A person needs a body, soul (heart) and spirit (mind) to live. Shion is a spirit and his body is already soulless, so he needs to possess a body with a soul in order to complete the trio and be able to do anything. Touka´s dormant body is perfect since it keeps his soul and through necromancy he can channel his spirit to a dead body to control it. If it´s still not clear reread ch. 61

If a regular human is lvl 3 mana like Touka, and 0.01% of the Famria's power can bring him up to lvl 10, that means she's lvl 70,000.
However, looking at what Maxred said, it's actually 1%. So Famria is lvl 700.
Still impressive just not as much. That's the equivalent of about 233 normal people.
