Since I’m pretty solid that Yuzu is FTM, it’s a lgbt shoujo. Not Yuri since Yuzu identifies as a boy with he/him pronouns now and isn’t going by she/her anymore. Yuri means it’s love between two girls but since one isn’t a girl anymore, it doesn’t qualify as Yuri anymore at least I think so.
It is very likely that the usage of he/him vs she/her is entirely the interpretation of the translator given that Japanese often doesn't use pronouns (and when they do, they aren't as strongly gendered).
EDIT: Then again, they do quite explicitly say "I'm a boy now", so the FTM conclusion still stands. At this point it isn't really focusing on romance at all though, so I think neither Yuri nor Shoujo Ai are really relevant tags
