my guy Sunbeam is with that nun together, best ending. MAN, what a great manga i usually tend to drop battle shounens but this was so enjoyable. Definitely underrated here in the west at least. Really good combination of comedy and action along with memorable characters and their relationships truly is beautiful, this was an amazing read.

I recommend everyone to go and read, or re-read Doubutsu no Kuni, it is also just as good.

Anywa fucking amazing battle shounen manga, I always reread it every few years and it’s still my favorite ever.

@PramTheOracle I always recalled loving Dr. Riddles and Kid aside from Gash and Kiyo. I also really liked Ted but that might be from the extra bits he got from the anime

Glad to see I'm not the only one who rereads this every so often, it's my was my first real manga reading experience back in middleschool (well over a decade ago yeesh!!) and as such it always holds a special place in my heart.

I also recommend Animal Land, it's a great showing how Raiku has grown as an mangaka!
